Brelsford Personnel uses Kenexa Prove-It! for candidate assessment and testing services. It gives us the added power to identify and select the most talented candidates and employees. With over 1,000 validated assessments and superior technology, Kenexa has a thorough validation process that adheres to EEOC guidelines.
Kenexa Prove It! is an easy-to-use method of testing a candidate's skills and provides instant test results. Their testing process uses state-of-the-art software that is accessible online or in our on-site testing center.
As an additional screening tool, a quantifiable set of test results and reports supplement the interview process. These detailed results define the proficiency level of each employee, pinpointing respective skill levels related to the job.

Employee Testing and Training
Employers may use our tutorial packages to train employees in pre- and post- instruction of specific material. Additionally, learning tools are available for employees to learn new skills and/or improve their skills in many Microsoft software products. These are also available online or in our on-site testing center.
